Grant Park is very well known for their
Victorian Style Homes; although, there has been pockets that you can
find new homes or homes that need to be gutted out. Grant Park
is well known for Atlanta's Zoo and just a mile from Turner Field.
Unlike some of the other neighborhoods, Grant Park does have a very
large park that is centered in the middle of Grant Park. Homes
near and around the park are much more pricier compared to homes that
are a few blocks away. As with most of the intown neighborhoods
in Atlanta, there is also a small downtown which has a couple of
restaurants. Very nice charter school started up just a few
years ago!
